🎬✨ The Big Night is Almost Here! ✨🎬
The Clogherinkoe/Broadford Film Awards are just around the corner! Here’s everything you need to know for Saturday, March 15th:
📍 Doors Open: 6:30 PM – Please arrive between 6:30 PM and 7:10 PM so we can begin seating by 7:15 PM. Tickets are required for entry!
🚪 Red Carpet Entrance: Use The Forde Suites entrance (far right-hand side of the hotel). No access through the main hotel.
🏆 Showtime: The event kicks off at 7:30 PMsharp! The film screenings, interval, and awards will run until around 11:15 – 11:45 PM, followed by a DJ set from So Fresh Entertainment (Damien Coyne) keeping the party going until 2:00 AM!
👔 Dress Code: Black Tie Optional – Dress to impress! Tuxedos and gowns are welcome, but a suit or cocktail dress is perfect too.
🍽️ Food: Due to the logistics of accommodating 900 guests, we won’t be providing food. Make sure to have a meal beforehand so you’re set for the night!
🎟️ No Raffle, Just Celebration! The night itselfis a huge thank you to everyone involved rather than another fundraiser. If you’d like to contribute further, you can sponsor an actor or a film!
